How quickly will the export desk reply?
Within 24 hours of receiving your enquiry. WhatsApp and email both reach the export desk directly, and quotes include pricing, specifications, and a COA.
What should I include in an enquiry?
The product and grade or form, the volume, and the destination country or port. Packaging preference and any required certifications help us quote accurately on the first reply.
What are your business hours?
The export desk is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 India Standard Time (UTC+5:30). Enquiries sent outside these hours are answered the next working day.
Which languages and payment terms do you work in?
We correspond in English and Hindi and quote in USD, EUR, GBP, or AED. Payment is by wire transfer or letter of credit, with first-order terms agreed at quotation.
