The questions importers ask us most, answered the way our export desk answers them. Anything product-specific, from grades and purity limits to packing weights, is on the individual product page or a WhatsApp message away.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQs start at 10 kg on select products; most of the catalog lists 50 or 100 kg. The exact figure is on every product page, and we can advise a sensible trial volume for a first order.
Can we get samples and a COA before ordering?
Yes. We share samples and specifications before you confirm, and a Certificate of Analysis accompanies every shipment. Lab parameters follow the spec table published on each product page.
How quickly do you quote?
Within 24 hours of receiving the product, grade or form, volume, and destination country. WhatsApp and email both reach the export desk directly.
Can you quote FOB or CIF to my port?
Yes. Tell us the destination port and we quote FOB Mundra or CIF to you, in US dollars, within 24 hours. EXW is available if you are arranging your own freight.
Which certifications do you hold?
GMP and APEDA registered, with Halal, Organic, and FSSAI certification across the range, and a COA issued for every lot. Certificates are shared with the quote so your compliance team can verify them.
What payment terms do you accept?
Wire transfer and letter of credit. Terms for a first order are agreed at quotation, before anything ships.
