Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?
Both, and the distinction matters when you compare quotes. Henna, senna, indigo and sidr are manufactured on our own lines in Sojat, so we control the grade and issue a COA against our own production. The rest of the catalog is sourced and exported through the same desk, with the same documentation.
What processing can you do in-house?
Cleaning and de-stoning, cutting to trade grades including fine cut and coarse cut, pulverizing and milling to a specified mesh, sieving and grading, and export packing. Custom printed and private label pack-out is available on request.
How do you keep a specification consistent across shipments?
Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis, and lab parameters follow the specification table published on each product page. Because the four flagship lines are processed in house, the grade is set by us rather than by whoever supplied that batch.
Which port do you ship from and what terms do you quote?
We ship from Mundra port in Gujarat. Tell us your destination port and we quote FOB Mundra or CIF to you in US dollars within 24 hours, or EXW if you are arranging your own freight.
Can you handle private label and bulk manufacturing runs?
Yes. The four in-house lines support bulk manufacturing and private label pack-out, confirmed per project. Bulk MOQs start at 50 kg on those products and from 10 kg across the wider catalog.
