The export desk is open Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 India Standard Time (UTC+5:30). Enquiries sent outside these hours are answered the next working day.
Which languages and payment terms do you work in?
We correspond in English, Arabic and Hindi, and quote in USD, EUR, GBP, or AED. Payment is by wire transfer or letter of credit, with first-order terms agreed at quotation.
