Reb-A at 60%, 80%, 95% and 98%
The number after Reb-A is the rebaudioside A content by HPLC, and it decides both price and taste. Higher Reb-A means a cleaner sweetness with less of the liquorice note that people who dislike stevia are usually reacting to. 60% is the value grade and works in strongly flavoured products that mask it. 95% and 98% go into clear beverages and dairy where there is nothing to hide behind. MOQ on this line is 10 kg, which makes a formulation trial cheap.
Zero calorie, 300-400x sugar, and what it does not replace
Reb-A extract sweetens at 300 to 400 times sugar and contributes no calories, which is the whole commercial case. What it does not do is replace sugar's bulk, browning or preservative effect, so most reformulation work pairs it with a bulking agent rather than swapping one for one. Buyers coming from sucralose or aspartame usually find the dosing curve different enough to warrant a bench trial before a production run, which is what the 10 kg minimum is for.

Extract buyers are buying a specification, so it ships with one. Every lot states the Reb-A percentage.
