Sabja, tukmaria and sweet basil seed
This product trades under three names and confusion with chia is common enough to be worth heading off. Sabja and tukmaria are the same thing: the seed of Ocimum basilicum, sweet basil. It is not chia, although both gel when soaked, and the two are not interchangeable in a drink formulation because the gel forms at different speeds and holds differently. If a specification you have been sent says basil seed without more, send it over and we will confirm which is meant.
